The Bedrooms
Appledore
Small, beamed room. Room Rate: £90.00 for 2 people sharing, inclusive of breakfast, on-site parking and VAT. Single room rate is £75.00 incl. Appledore is a small village with a lovely Tea Shop and Antique Centre.
Bodiam
Large room with a Brass Double Bed. This room has space to accommodate an extra bed/travel cot. Room Rate: £110.00 for 2 people sharing, inclusive of breakfast, free on-site parking and VAT. Single room rate is £75.00 incl. Visits to Bodiam Castle and Great Dixter Gardens are a must. Children aged 2 – 14 years; an extra £30.00 per night is required. Children under 2 years of age £10.00 per night.
Fairlight
Large room with a Four-Poster Double Bed. This room has space to accommodate an extra bed/travel cot. Room Rate: £130.00 for 2 people sharing, inclusive of breakfast, free on-site parking and VAT. Single room rate is £90.00 incl. The bedroom is situated at the back of our house overlooking the garden. Children aged 2 – 14 years; an extra £30.00 per night is required. Children under 2 years of age £10.00 per night. Fairlight Country Park is excellent for walking and beautiful views overlooking the sea.
Iden
Large room with a Wooden Double Bed. Room Rate Per Night: £110.00 for 2 people sharing, inclusive of breakfast, free on-site parking and VAT. Single room rate is £75.00 incl. Iden is a small village with The Bell Inn Public House, village shop and a 12th Century Norman Church.
Playden
Large beamed room with a Divan Double Bed. Room Rate Per Night: £120.00 for 2 people sharing, inclusive of breakfast, free on-site parking and VAT. Single room rate is £75.00 incl. A "Doomsday" village, Playden is approximately a fifteen-minute uphill walk from Rye with some nice local pubs serving both food and drink.
Winchelsea
Large Twin-bedded room. Room Rate Per Night: £110.00 for 2 people sharing, inclusive of breakfast, free on-site parking and VAT. Single room rate is £75.00 incl. Winchelsea is a small pretty town overlooking Rye, famous for it's Church and is where Spike Milligan is buried.
